The house needed some updates, new carpet, floors, and paint. When we first interviewed Samantha, she recognized that these things needed to be done if we were going to get what we thought the house was worth. Samantha had our back. She had contractors she had worked with before, was able to get the work done at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time frame. Samantha really knew what she was doing. The house was on the market for only three days (over a weekend) and at the end of the weekend, we had 10 offers! The negotiations with the eventual buyers went smoothly, the closing was easy and she was there for us the whole way through. Ultimately, we sold the house for 11% more than we listed at. Samantha kept us informed about other houses going up for sale in the neighborhood so we could see what other houses were selling for. I felt very good about Samantha and highly recommend her.
